Good times at the Sycamore Car show yesterday. Lots of cool cars, great weather and at the Top 100 Award Ceremony, the F-100 placed in the top 50! Thanks to "Truckdude" for the pic.

Oxygen

Naturally we love WWII aircraft. Here is an Oxygen tank from a B-17 or a B-24 (they used the same tanks) patiently waiting to be used in a hot rod project. Until then, it looks cool hanging around. We've seen quite a few pop up lately converted after the war into portable air tanks for hot rods, or even as air compressors. Pretty neat.

Eyes On Design in Detroit

We took the "Black Pearl" F-100 to the prestigious Eyes On Design show at the Edsel Ford Estate. The show is invite only, and the cars on display are always fantastic. So we were stoked to get our 3rd invite to this show. And what happened to park next to us? A '55 T-bird custom built in '55! Wow!!
