We're hiring!

SHEET METAL FABRICATOR
We're looking for a second full time sheet metal fabricator. Projects will include building grille shells, custom dashes, custom body modifications, replacing rusted areas, building panels from scratch, etc. Creativity is a must as you will be designing pieces from scratch and/or from sketches and concept drawings. HVAC experience does not qualify as relevant experience.

MECHANIC & FINAL ASSEMBLY
We're looking for a full time mechanic/final assembly specialist. Will be responsible for all wiring, plumbing, hanging painted sheet metal, as well as swapping parts on smaller jobs, induction swaps with multiple carbs (like 8 Rochester 2GCs on a blown 392 Hemi... if that sounds unfamiliar then we are not the shop for you), EFI conversions, suspension assembly from 1930s Ford to IFS, perform shakedown runs, etc. With 3 fabricators supplying workload, you will be busy finishing 1964 and older hot rods and customs, plus any year race car. You will also be responsible for smaller projects, such as intake swaps, carb swaps, disc brake swaps, transmission swaps etc. This is not a job for a parts changer. You will be required to think on your feet and solve problems as they arise.

Former Military personnel are also highly encouraged, especially those with avionics experience.

MUST be detail oriented. MUST have a good work ethic. MUST have good integrity. MUST be motivated. MUST have a love for obsolete technology. MUST love hot rods and customs. MUST have own tools.

We are a tight knit family and if you can actually rise to the challenge of the position, chances are you will never leave.

Send resumes to malia@hotrodchassisandcycle.com. INCLUDE a brief cover letter detailing why you think you have what it takes to build hot rods and race cars.
