The Garage Days Spring Swap Meet is fast approaching. Need a Stromberg? Or a '40 Ford hood? Or that rare Man a Fre manifold? That's the kind of stuff people bring. Hot Rodders helping Hot Rodders. And not a Camaro in sight.

King of Cool

Long before there was Lexus, and when guys remembered the war machines that companies like Mercedes and BMW made, there was only 1 car to show the world that you had made it. The Cadillac. And in red... there's no denying that you're a big time operator... the king of cool.

A Deuce?

I suppose in the most general sense, this 1932 Plymouth PB coupe is a "deuce" because well... it's a '32. But that cheapens it. This car is much more than any typical '32 Ford. The PB model was made for 6 very short depression era months. When was the last time you saw a real PB coupe? In fact, we only know of about 3 other PB hot rods (one is a roadster) in the whole country. There are probably more, but they are safely squirreled away from the likes of "butcher hot rodders" like us. So this summer, when you see this black beauty out at a cruise night or car show... study her. Take in her nuances beyond what a stock PB would feature (there are lots!). Just don't call her a "deuce".

'55 F100 Marauder

The '55 F-100 Marauder project is nearing completion, and she is looking sharp! We can't wait for her to turn her first wheel in anger. When was the last time you saw an F-100 with anything other than a sbc or a sbf? Yeah, us either.

We miss you Oldsmobile

Who knew that now with Oldsmobile gone, that what was left would make such good hot rodding material? Should we feel bad about depriving an Olds from the heart and soul of it's once glorious interior? Nah, not when the results look like this!

Rarest of the Rare

So, some of you may know that I have a penchant for rare speed parts and rare motors. Well, today we got one of the rarest manifolds in that you can possibly hope to fine. The legendary Edelbrock X-3. A 6x2 cross ram that early Hemi owners dream of. I think this is one of those special parts that can only make a cool car even more notable. Enjoy.

Hot Rod 101 #1

We had the first Hot Rod 101 class and it was a huge success! A lot of people were surprised at the amount of information given out at this first class. The key to the start of any build is to start with a plan and stick to it. Don't forget our next class on Feb 15 at 11am.
